This will allow tournament charges directly on the event&#8217;s account. If you are only billing for events and tournaments, contact your Account Manager to get information on limited billing functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clearly Indicate the Payment Due Date<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/f.hubspotusercontent00.net\/hubfs\/3377150\/image%20(11).png\" alt=\"billing golf software\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Use the Online Portal to Accept Payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you\u2019re already using the member portal, this is an easy way to speed up the process of collecting payment and providing a good experience for your customers. Add the information to access the portal to your statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Encourage ACH:<\/strong> When possible, encourage customers to pay using the ACH feature to avoid processing fees (or convenient fees.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Convenient Fees to Offset Processing Fees:<\/strong> If they don\u2019t want to pay with ACH, you can elect to add a convenience fee to cover your costs. <em>Note that using convenience fees is only available in the software if you\u2019re enabled ACH payments, whether or not the customer is paying via
